When the items are order and/or delivery, they cannot be returned or exchange. We strongly recommend that you measure the area where the furniture will be going prior to order. After thirty (30) days of having been notified to the customer that the merchandise is ready for delivery or pick up a 3% of the total order will be charged, for each month that the merchandise remains in our warehouse. There will be a storage charge in orders not pick up at the store or delivery within thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase and/or from having been notified to the customer that the merchandise is ready for delivery and /or collected. If you do not plan to use your merchandise immediately, we recommend that you inspect all your items fully to ensure there is no damage before sign the delivery documents. We can offer a Premium Delivery at an extra charge to our Standard Door Delivery for assembly and set along with removal of any packing material. All furniture should come with assembly information.
